1. We can not guarantee that you will hunt your animals, although we do our utmost best to get you as close as possible to your quarry. We deal with wild animals in the hunting field, meaning their presence cannot be guaranteed.
2. We can not accept responsibility for bad service delivery, catering or accommodation problems at the concessions where we hunt. We choose our concessions and lodges with great care and link the facilities with your preferences. Yet it remains the responsibility of the respective facilities to keep up their offerings, meaning we can not refund you for errors on the facilities’ side, although from Mugaba Safari’s side, we will support your arguments if you are unhappy about offerings at any facility.
3. Situations out of our control will not be guaranteed. For instance thunderstorms or vehicle breakdowns etc. that prevents you not to hunt for a couple of hours. We will ensure though that if anything prevents you from hunting, say for instance a vehicle breakdown, that we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
4. We do not accept responsibility for charter problems.
5. Travelling from concession to concession is a given fact. Time lost on the road will not be refunded.
6. Although we guarantee to look after your well being at all times, and whilst all reasonable precautions are taken to safeguard our guests and their property, no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any incident as a result of an accident, injury, damage, illness, loss to person or property or negligence etc. before, during or after your Safari will be accepted by Patrick de Beer or Mugaba Safaris, the Outfitter, the Professional hunters or any of its staff members. We therefore strongly advise that you make the necessary arrangements to ensure that you and your group are the beneficiaries of a travel insurance policy covering at least injury, death, medical costs, emergency evacuation, repatriation, loss of or damage to personal belongings (due to theft or otherwise) and cancellation for the duration of your stay in South Africa. Please note that the booking and all services carried out in terms of the booking will be subject to South African law and the jurisdiction of South African courts.
